MINSK, 1 April (BelTA) - A new base rental rate has been established in Belarus. The decision is envisaged in Resolution No.142 of the Council of Ministers of 28 March 2026,
BelTA has learned.
Taking into account the consumer price index for 2025 relative to 2024, the base rental rate has been set at Br20.3 starting 1 April 2026, which is Br1.26 higher than the rate in effect until 1 April 2026 (Br18.77).
The base rental rate is used to calculate rent for state-owned real estate, as well as property owned by business entities in which the state holds more than 50% of shares (stakes).
