Belarus' Amkodor to consider joint projects with Kyrgyzstan

MINSK, 7 October (BelTA) – Belarus' machinery producer Amkodor is considering the possibility of launching joint projects with Kyrgyzstan, BelTA learned from the company's press service.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Belarus Erbol Sultanbaev visited Amkodor where he studied a permanent exhibition of the company's machinery and discussed cooperation prospects between Amkodor and the Kyrgyz Republic, with a focus on specialized equipment. The participants of the meeting considered the possibility of using state support instruments in order to make supplies more affordable and accessible to Kyrgyz enterprises.

The parties also discussed the possibility of implementing joint projects in Kyrgyzstan, including the creation of production facilities and maintenance centers for servicing Amkodor equipment. This will strengthen industrial cooperation and foster the development of economic ties between the countries, the press service noted. The visit was aimed at  ramping up cooperation and developing partnerships.
