A separate section of the document is dedicated to the protection of traditional values. Liability is introduced for the propaganda of homosexual relations, gender transition, pedophilia and childlessness, with fines of up to Br900, and up to Br1,350 or administrative arrest if committed against a minor.
The law also strengthens the prevention of offences among teenagers. A separate chapter outlines the procedure for applying educational measures against minors (enforcers, procedure, deadlines).
