Belarus to increase oil product transit tariffs on 1 January 2026

MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) – Belarus will increase tariffs for pumping oil products from 1 January 2026, BelTA learned from the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry (Belneftekhim Concern).

According to Resolution No. 174 of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus as of 28 November, the tariffs for the transportation of oil products via the  Gomeltransneft Druzhba trunk pipeline on the territory of Belarus will increase by approximately 5.7% on 1 January 2026.

On the Polotsk-Krulyevshchizna section, the absolute minimum tariff will increase to Br13.81 per tonne excluding VAT, and the absolute maximum tariff will go up to Br17.27 per tonne excluding VAT.

On the Polotsk-Fanipol section, the absolute minimum tariff will be set at Br20.41 per tonne excluding VAT, and the absolute maximum tariff will be Br25.5 per tonne excluding VAT.
