Winners will be granted the right to participate in oblast elimination rounds as well as in elimination rounds of the Education Ministry and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. These events are scheduled to take place till the end of January 2026.
Participants have been divided into three age groups in the 15th season of the project. The expert council will choose three winners in every nomination from among students of general secondary education, vocational training, and secondary specialized education institutions; students and cadets of higher education institutions; working young people, young scientists, representatives of the organizations run by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The nominations include “Power engineering, including nuclear power engineering, and energy efficiency”, “Agribusiness technologies and farming”, “Industrial and construction technologies”, “Healthcare (medical technologies, pharmaceutics, bio- and nano-industry)”, “Chemical technologies, petrochemistry”, “Information and communication technologies (including intelligent systems and automation, smart cities and sustainability, digital healthcare, information technologies in education, social inclusion technologies, digital ethics, and cybersecurity)”, “Ecology (preservation and restoration of the natural environment, rational (sustainable) use of natural resources and their reproduction, prevention of harmful effects on the environment)”, “National security and emergency response”, “Society and social sphere”, “The best business idea”.
The Belarusian Republican Youth Union BRSM announced the launch of the first republican youth project 100 Ideas for Belarus back in September 2011. The project is being implemented by the Belarusian Republican Youth Union BRSM in association with the Education Ministry, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and the State Committee on Science and Technology. The goals include encouraging innovative thinking among young people, getting young people involved in the accomplishment of the country’s social and economic development tasks, stimulating grassroots initiatives for implementing innovative projects and R&D efforts.
