MINSK, 19 March (BelTA) - In Belarus, it is important to create conditions that will allow organizations to build rental housing for their employees, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said at a government meeting,

"We need to address very important issues of providing housing for such categories of the population as orphans, families with disabled children and other categories, for whom housing is now being built in small volumes. It is important to create the conditions that will allow organizations to build rental housing for their employees with the use of their own funds and borrowed funds. This will help them, among other things, to retain personnel," Roman Golovchenko said.
He noted that organizations have the right to build rental housing for employees, but they need to be able to borrow on general terms to build such housing.
