- analyzes, develops and implements a general strategy for the social and economic development of Brest Oblast;
- coordinates the work of the structural divisions of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee in terms of the economic development of Brest Oblast.

• implementation of international technical aid programs operating in the Republic of Belarus;
• international humanitarian aid;
• reformation of state organizations and organizations with a share of the state;
• protection of consumer rights;
• public associations of entrepreneurs and employers;
• functioning of the financial system at the regional level;
• timely payment of salaries to employees in supervised industries;
• reduction of unjustified and dishonest mediation;
• lease of forest plots for timber harvesting to woodworking organizations of the Republic of Belarus that implement the most important investment projects;
• regulation of public procurement and procurement at own expense;
• scientific and technological progress, research and design organizations;
• development of science, innovation and intellectual property;
• implementation of social standards for servicing the population of the oblast;
• digital economy.

• a working group on the involvement in the economic turnover of unused and inefficiently used property owned by the Republic of Belarus, included in the list formed in accordance with paragraph 5 of Belarus President Decree No.294 of 4 July 2012, as well as property owned by Brest Oblast, included in the list approved by the Brest Oblast Executive Committee.

Supervises the implementation of:
• Belarus President Ordinance No.6 of 7 May 2012 “On encouragement of entrepreneurship in the territory of medium and small urban settlements, rural areas”;
• Belarus President Ordinance No.7 of 23 November 2017 "On the development of entrepreneurship";
• Belarus President Ordinance No.8 of 21 December 2017 "On the development of the digital economy";
• Belarus President Directive No.3 of 14 June 2007 “On priority areas for strengthening the economic security of the state”;
• Belarus President Directive No.4 of 31 December 2010 “On the development of entrepreneurial initiative and stimulation of business activity in the Republic of Belarus”.

Oversees the implementation of:
• The state program "Small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Belarus" for 2016-2020 approved by Council of Ministers resolution No.149 of 23 February 2016;
• The State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus in 2016-2020 approved by Belarus President Decree No.31 of 31 January 2017.

In charge of:
