MINSK, 31 January (BelTA) - The election campaign period ahead of the 2024 single voting day kicked off in Belarus on 31 January, BelTA has learned.
The campaign will be held through 24 February. Campaigning is prohibited on the single voting day, which is due on 25 February.
Campaign activities may include meetings with voters, rallies, campaign events at various locations with a prior notification, production of campaign materials and others.
Candidates have the right to establish campaign funds and spend them on any campaign activities permitted by law.
