MINSK, 6 August (BelTA) - Belarusian diplomats took part in the forum Business Meeting on Cooperation between Enterprises of Liaoning Province and the Republic of Belarus, held in Shenyang, the capital of China’s Liaoning Province, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in China.
Representatives of the embassy delivered presentations to the leadership of over 50 Chinese companies, providing a detailed overview of Belarus’ investment climate, current issues in bilateral cooperation, and promising areas for collaboration in agriculture and the processing industry.
Following the forum, bilateral negotiations were held and further prospects for joint projects and new forms of interaction were discussed.
Belarusian diplomats visited the province with the aim of developing bilateral trade, economic, and industrial cooperation. They held talks with the leadership of the province’s largest companies in the fields of packaging, logistics, capital construction, and heavy engineering.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed opportunities for implementing investment projects, establishing joint ventures, and other issues of mutual interest. Following the meetings, the parties agreed to further deepen bilateral trade and economic cooperation, as well as to intensify exchanges of delegations from relevant agencies and business circles.
