Career: chief economist at the Gorky collective farm, Ivanovo District; deputy chairman of the Ivanovo District Executive Committee; chief of the Ivanovo branch of Belagroprombank, 1989-2005;
chairman of the Bereza District Executive Committee, 2005-2016;
chief of administration of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee, 2016-2018;
chairman of the Brest Oblast Council of Deputies since 6 March 2018.
Honors: Medal for Labor Merits.
Member of the Brest Oblast Council of Deputies representing Malech constituency No. 25, Bereza District, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the seventh convocation.
