The aim of the competition is to popularize Olympic ideals and the main principals of Olympizm, to define the winners as well as to establish & promote friendly relations between draught players from different countries.
The championship takes place in the universal gym of Polessky State University (46, Irkutsko-Pinskoy divizii str.).

04.08.2014 - 09.30 - 5 round
- 15.30 - 6 round
05.08.2014 - 09.30 - 7 round
- 15.30 - 8 round
06.08.2014 - 09.30 - 9 round
07.08.2014 - 09.00 - blitz
07.08.2014 - 15.00 – closing ceremony.
The championship is held according to Swiss system in 9 rounds between boys and girls separately in four age groups - juniors (born in 1995-1997), cadets (born in 1998-2000), mini cadets (born in 2001-2003), European hopes (born in 2004).
Not more than three representatives of each country in each age group can participate in the competition. This year representatives from 12 countries take part in the contest: the Ukraine, Belgium, Russia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Poland, Holland, Hungary, Belarus.
