Centre of Youth Creativity is the largest regional establishment realising coordination and organisation functions relative to district extra curricular centers, other establishments on organisation and carrying out regional, republican, international, educational, cultural-mass and other activities.
Centre of Youth Creativity as the leading educational establishment on extra curricular work in the region. The CYC render methodical help to other extra curricular establishments, organises seminars, trainings, consults on questions of child's and youth public organisations.
