Trans-border informational-contact (TRIC) platform for cross-border regions Brest–Biala Podlaska
We represent you the project of European Union "TRIC-platform" within the framework of TACIS program "Assistance to the development of trans-border cooperation", and also its concrete results: the Internet-platform
www.tric.info and Brest Cross Border Info Centre located to the address Belarus, Brest, Pushkinskaya Str., 1.
Basic tasks of the project:
- to intensify cross border co-operation by the availability and provision of data, information and contact persons of this border area.
- to foster and propel a deeper co-operation between authorities, in particular within the ranges of regional development (territorial planning) and promotion of economy development cross-borderline.
- to offer practical information about the current and future Schengen border for commuters, travelers, local citizen and industry likewise
- to supplement the activities of the Euroregion Bug with particular focus on the border crossing area Brest - Biala Podlaska.
The Internet-platform TRIC - the dynamically developing Internet-portal. Here is presented the information for various groups of population, is accessible the concrete information about the crossing of belarusian-polish border, customs rules, registration of visas and many other things.

The centre is a service agency for contacts of neighbours in various areas of business, culture, education, tourism, sports and so on. On long-term outlook the centre should act as connecting-link and to promote joint projects on development of belarusian-polish cross-border region Brest-Biala Podlaska.
