The cars taken off from registration stocktaking in Belarus are subject to custom registration when brought to Russia. About this regulation is told in the spread letter of Federal custom service of Russian federation №04-30/13941.
In the letter is marked that after the beginning of implementation of the agreement on temporal importation and exportation of transport vehicles from February 24th 2010 grew the number of detected transport vehicles belonging to Belarusian citizens that were taken off registration stocktaking in Belarus and that are being imported on the territory of Russia by its owners for selling.
In FTS underline that the agreement is not spread on cars taken off from registration stocktaking and such transport vehicles are subject to custom registration in the stated order.
"In case of detecting such transport vehicles on custom territory of Russian federation custom registration should be made after testing measures and solving the question of imposition of penalty ", - is told in the letter.
